Terms of service

These terms apply when you use CramCloud (thecramcloud.com). By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to them. Questions: hello@thecramcloud.com.

Your account

• Your account is for you alone. Don’t share it or your sign-in links and codes.
• Use an email address you can access; we send sign-in links and messages about your purchases there.

Buying a course

• Prices are one-time payments in Indian rupees, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• A purchase gives you access to that course’s notes and practice questions for as long as your account is active and the course is offered on CramCloud.
• Some courses are still being written. The course page shows how many topics are ready; new topics unlock for you as they’re added.
• Courses marked “Coming soon” are not for sale yet.

Refunds

Courses come with our pass-or-refund guarantee: if you meet its conditions and don’t pass the exam, we refund the full price to your original payment method. Apart from the guarantee, purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or if you were charged in error. If something went wrong with a payment, email hello@thecramcloud.com.

Using the content

• The content is for your own exam preparation. Don’t copy, share, resell, or publish it, or use automated tools to download it.
• All notes and questions are written by CramCloud and belong to us. They are not real exam questions, and we never use recalled or leaked (“dump”) questions.
• CramCloud is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft or Google. Exam names are trademarks of their owners.

No guarantee of results

We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but exams change and mistakes can happen. Please tell us about any error at hello@thecramcloud.com. Apart from the pass-or-refund guarantee, we can’t promise any particular exam result.

Liability

CramCloud is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the course concerned.

Ending your access

You can stop using CramCloud and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing accounts or redistributing content.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let you know by email. Changes don’t take away access to courses you’ve already bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
